Chef Susan Chung has been cooking for over 20 years. She first started selling healthy meals to her son’s wrestling team, and when she saw how much people enjoyed them, 603 Meal Prep was born. Today, her meals are inspired by her Korean heritage, travels around the world, and decades of cooking experience.

Susan brought her Korean heritage to Concord and opened Sue's Kimbap House. People loved it. Locals came back week after week, and it became known for serving the best Korean food in New Hampshire.

Clean Cooking
No Seed Oils
Most meal prep companies use cheap oils like canola and soybean. We don't. Zero seed oils in any of our meals. Seed oils have been found to cause inflammation when digested. Chef Susan only prepares meals with non-seed oils like olive oil.

I got the classic beef roll and it was very good! The meat was seasoned nicely and the pickled veggies were bursting with flavor. The roll was well constructed and nicely tight! I will definitely be back!
My Sister has such high regard for this eatery. We shared a bowl. I wish I could remember the exact name. Very tasty, and I'll definitely be introducing this kitchen to My family and friends.
So fun to have a fast casual korean spot in concord! We had the classic beef kimbap roll and the combo bulgogi. They were served with some nice pickled radish and the awesome house gochujang sauce. Everything was filling and delicious!
The new fiesta bowl on potatoes is a must try.

Susan and her Husband are super nice people! I ended up parking at the garage and walking down as parking on main st is a pain most of the time. I believe I got the bulgogi bowl with an egg on top. A side of spicy gochujang sauce a small cup of kimchi. The egg on top was perfect as the yolk was slightly runny and when incorporated with the beef and noodles and rice just wow! Every component has great flavor and depth simply amazing come on out and support Susan you won’t regret it!

Home made Korean snack foods, done perfectly without too much sugar or salt. Everyone was happy- and our party included me (born in S. Korea), my husband (I am from CT and have no accent 🙄), my friends who rarely eat Korean food, and teenagers. Teenagers approved!!! Serving sizes don’t look huge but they are very filling. We tried Japchae, bibimbap, various kimbap and they were all so good. Kimchi was perfect and authentic. My favorite was tuna kimbap. Sue told us about their shaved ice. So good! They are huge and red bean paste shaved ice brought me right back to my childhood days in Seoul. I just can’t believe we had such good Korean food in Concord NH! We will have to drive up for the food. Thank you so much!!!
Everything about Sue’s is top notch! The food is incredible (from someone who is half Korean) and the portion sizes are humongous. This one bowl will last for 3-4 meals and for just $18, that is such a great deal. I love the little snack cake they added for dessert. What a nice touch!

I was so thrilled with this meal prep! Overall the portions were great! They reheated well! The meat was perfectly cooked! I think the biggest value was not having to cook or meal plan for a few days! My only suggestion would be to include a sauce of some sort with the steak. Or include an option to purchase extra sauce. (What can I say I love the sauces!)

The original kimbap was delicious, but this japchae bulgogi rice bowl is absolutely delicious. Perfect for when you're craving Korean food! This restaurant totally guarantees tasty Korean kimbap and meals!
The food was good and the portions huge. I wish there were more vegetables and less rice/carbs. The sodium level was a bit higher than I'm used to. I will probably order again!
