Chef Susan Chung’s journey began by preparing fresh kimbap for her son’s wrestling team. What started as a simple way to fuel young athletes soon became Sue’s Kimbap House, her flagship restaurant known for serving some of the best kimbap in New Hampshire.
Today, Susan is the chef behind 603 Meal Prep, Concord’s #1 healthy meal prep service. Drawing from her Korean heritage, international travels, and more than 20 years of professional cooking experience, she creates nutritious fusion meals packed with bold, globally inspired flavor.
